Tjeldrip's return policy.

At Tjeldrip, we aim to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, please carefully review our return policy for a smooth and hassle-free process.

1. Returns and Exchanges:
- We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:                                                                  - Initiate a return or exchange by contacting our customer service team at contact.tjeldrip@gmail.com within the 14-day period, starting from the day of delivery.
- Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

3. Eligibility:
- Returns and exchanges are applicable only for items purchased directly from Tjeldrip.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

4. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days.

5. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired replacement when contacting customer service.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Damaged Items:
- If you receive a damaged product excluding the box, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including (if paid) shipping costs.

8. Lost Packages:
- Tjeldrip is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Ensure the accuracy of your shipping address.
